Skip question filters take the respondents to a specific survey depending on the previous questions (according to the selected answer for an certain question).

Important:

First create the survey and then apply the filters.

Filters must ALWAYS point subsequent pages of the survey.
Never point the same or previous pages.

Skip page filters allow you create customized questionarys for each group of respondents.

Press the key "Siguiente" the respondents go to the next page.

Applying page filters; this rule can vary and redirect the respondents to other pages.

These filters are very useful to take all the respondents to a a common part of the questionary after being separated through a question filter.

A hidden question does not appear on the survey by default however you can show it when the respondent selects an specific answer option in the previous question of the same page.

Example:

What is your level of satisfaction with this service?

o 100% satisfied

o Satisfied

o Not satisfied

o 100% not satisfied

After this questionyou will place a hidden question like "¿ "Why are you not satisfied?"" that will appear instantly to those respondent who have market "Insatisfecho" o " Not satisfied" or " 100% not satisfied" of the previous question. The rest of respondents will go on with the rest of the survey not having to read unnecessary questions not related to them.

The easiest and fastest way to collect responses.
The system generates a link (to your survey): Copy the link, paste it in an Email and send it to the respondents, who will directly go to the survey when pressing it.

Add you contact lists and send emails through e-encuesta.

This is the only system that allows you to know who has responded the survey and send reminders to those people who have not yet responded.
Premium Version users can send email invitation to respond the survey in HTML format.

Button, link or banner in my web page, blog or newsletter:

The system generates a link that can easily be integrated to a Web page code, Blog or Newsletter. When pressing the link, button or banner your visitors will directly go to the survey.

Insert survey in my web page (iframe):

The system generates an iFrame that will show the survey on your Web page. The survey will appear on the page having a direct access, not being necessary to press a button or link.

* Be careful when using this method! Test it before launching the survey.

Set the survey according to your requirements

One response per PC:

The system only provides one questionary per PC so nobody can respond more than once. If the respondent does not finish the questionary but returns to it, it is possible to continue the survey at the point.

Several responses per PC (with return):

The system provides several questionarys per PC. If the respondent does not finish the survey and want to come back later, it is possible to continue it at the same point.

Several responses per PC (with no return):

The system provides several questionarys per PC. If the respondent does not finish the survey and want to come back later, it is possible to continue it at the same point.

Several answers per PC (data insertion)

This system is useful for telephone surveys and for entering data in the e-encuesta system.

Where do you want to take your respondents after finishing the survey?:

Con la Basic version, your respondents will go to e-encuesta page after finishing the survey.

With the Professional and Premium Version You can choosethe page you want your respondents to go after finishing the survey. You can also choose to simply close the survey.

Specific Professional and Premium Version Features

Results Filter allows you to see on the Results reports those results concerning the people who selected certain answer options for one or several questions.

E-encuesta filters are and/or type. This means you can filter those men who are younger than 40andthat are married, and you can filter those who are younger than 40or are married. The first filter will have less people in the result than the second filter.

Applying filters allows you to discover behavior patterns for a deeper analysis of the survey results.

Example of filter:

You have launched the same satisfaction survey to all the departments of your company. Filters will allow you to see the results for each of the departments.
Remember there must this type of question"¿ In what department do you work?" in order to filter the response afterwards.
